当前课堂教学中存在忽视学生主体地位等多种弊端,学生作为课堂教学的主体,在教学中占有重要地位。而以人为本的教育理念具体可以通过深入了解学生、创新评价方式、丰富管理方式三方面改善当前现状,因此课堂教学呼唤以人为本的教育理念。
