双高计划建设视域下高职院校校级交流与合作研究——以人才培养模式为例

知识经济时代,尤其是市场化改革背景下,当前阶段的社会竞争愈演愈烈,人才的竞争核心地位越发突出,其培育工作得到了社会各界的广泛关注。在此过程中,高职院校作为人才培养的主阵地之一,对其教学发展提出了更多、更高要求,“双高计划”建设视域下,通过彼此间的有效交流合作,是实现其育人质量提升的有效手段。本文基于双高计划建设的视角,以人才培养模式为例,在对高职院校校级交流与合作意义、现状做出论述解析的同时,着重就其有效践行路径进行了探究。
