近年来,随着城市化进程的加快,以及老龄化社会的到来,农村许多有经验的老教师或退休或流入城区,农村乡村学校师资力量趋于薄弱,许多新分配的青年教师走上工作岗位,从而带来许多新问题,如果不加强对新教师的培养,乡村学校的教育教学质量等都将受到严重影响,进而影响乡村教育。针对现状,我校推行新教师三年成长规划,多举共促新教师快速成长。
