问题学生的转化是学校、班级德育工作的难点和重点。以是聪明、灵巧学生有一个好的发展前提。如何在教书育人中真正贯彻落实“德育为先,育人为要”的教育思想一直是我探索和实践的课题。本文从一个真实的教育案例入手,提出了不歧视,反复抓,严管理,用爱心来感化每一位问题学生的人本化教育策略。
