为了提高幼儿归属感发展水平,以及提升幼儿园教师对幼儿归属感培养的水平,本研究对幼儿归属感的培养现状进行初步的调查。调查的结果显示,从理论层次方面,本园教师对归属感的内涵基本了解,个别教师对归属感理解有偏差,对归属感类型的掌握不够全面,对不同年龄段幼儿归属感的培养的认识不够深入,全面。从实践层次方面,对归属感培养的经验少,在对幼儿归属感培养过程中,面临的困惑比较多,主要包含四个方面对幼儿归属感培养的培养归属感的方法与策略、培养归属感的途径、对归属感培养效果的评价、幼儿的个体差异性。
