当前我国职业教育发展困难,从教育情怀方面分析,提出职业教育情怀的内涵及意义,从职业教育观、职校学生观、职业教师观、职业学习观角度剖析当前的职教认知、职教理念、职教情怀现状,分析其成因。经过一系列的思考和比对,指出当前职业教育应告别三个误区,推进职教认知精准化、职教理念科学化、职教情怀独有化。致力于从中职教师入手,带动学生、家长、企业,致使整个社会形成良好的职业教育观念和职业发展情怀。
