在初中英语教学中,采取分层教学策略,按照学生的学习路径进行教学设计,能够提升教学效率,满足不同层次学生的学习需求,激发学生的学习主观能动性,促进班级的整体进步。在教学实践中,教师首先应该对教育主题进行层次划分,然后再分层制定教学任务,把握教学进度,并且制定相适应的教学评价机制。
