气象科技的发展为人工影响天气提供了有利的技术支撑,因而其应用范围也一直处于扩展当中,尤其针对气象防灾减灾问题,人工影响天气作业能通过预防、治理有效降低气象灾害对人类社会的危害。就目前人工影响天气作业发展现状而言,其主要技术天气雷达、气象卫星、地理信息技术等等。与此同時,在实际应用中,还需要借助相关催化剂及播撒工具等来确保人工影响天气作业的实施效果。基于此本文就人工影响天气作业在气象防灾减灾中的作用进行了研究。
