不锈钢厂混酸废水脱氮系统回流除硬工艺

不锈钢厂在生产过程中在轧制后需要对钢板进行退火处理,退火处理的主要目的是消除钢板表面应力、降低其硬度,退火后会在表面形成氧化层,故在每次退火后都设有酸洗工艺,不锈钢的酸洗前段采用了中性电解液洗或硫酸,后段采用硝酸加氢氟酸的混酸,故在后段的混酸废水排放中含有大量的硝酸根,如不进行处理将会造成总氮排放超标,常规的脱氮采用生物反硝化工艺,在运行过程中由于反硝化产生大量碱度容易产生大量碳酸钙结垢,影响生化正常运行,本文介绍了利用生化出水高碱度回流至前段物化段进行反应去除水中硬度工艺。
