赤霉素和氯吡苯脲对句容地区葡萄品质的影响

本试验以句容地区主栽的葡萄品种‘夏黑’、‘巨峰’、‘魏可’为材料,研究了不同浓度的GA3和CPPU处理对葡萄果实无核率和果实大小、重量、可溶性固形物含量等果实品质的影响。于花期前1周使用不同浓度(12.5、25、50、55、60mg/L)的赤霉素(GA3)处理,花后2周用25mg/LGA3+2mg/L氯吡苯脲(CPPU)和25mg/LGA3+5mg/LCPPU。结果表明不同时期应用GA3和CPPU处理,均能提高葡萄的无核率及果实品质。其中花期前1周用GA312.5mg/L喷施1次,盛花后2周再用GA325mg/L+CPPU5mg/L喷施1次,可以增加果实无核率、单果重、果粒纵横经,对可溶性固形物含量影响显著。
