Complexes of Mn(II) and Co(II) ion with N,N’-Orthophenylene bis-(1-phenyl-1,2-butadione-2-Oxime) were synthesized and characterized by analyzing by I.R. electronic spectra and magnetic moment susceptibility. Complexes of the type M(H2L)X2 where M=Co(II) & Mn(II) and X=Cl-, Br-, I-, No3- and ClO4- were obtained.
