Background: To Study of serum lactate dehydrogenase in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients Methods: It is a prospective study of 100 subjects divided into two groups including 50 healthy controls and 50 cases of COPD. Results: The statistically significant increased value of serum lactate dehydrogenase in cases as compared to control group. Conclusion: LDH level was significantly higher in COPD patients as compare to healthy control. Keywords: COPD, Lactate dehydrogenase, Pulmonary.
