Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berbasis Sway. Media pembelajaran dikembangkan mengacu pada model penelitia dan pengembangan Deck and Lou Carey yang meliputi sepuluh tahapan, yaitu asses needs to identity goal, conduct instructional analysis, identyfing entry behavior characteristic, writing performance objecctives, developing and selecting instructio, developing instructional strategy, developing and selecting instruction, designing and conducting formative evaluation, revising instruction, dan designing and conducting summative evaluation. Kelayakan media pembelajaran hasil pengembangan mengacu pada hasil penilaian ahli, praktisi lapangan dan respon peserta didik sebagai subyek uji coba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media pembelajaran berbasis Sway yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi standar aspek kelayakan bahan ajar.
