PENGARUH KINERJA PEGAWAI TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PEMDES KEDUNGBUNDER KEC. GEMPOL KABUPATEN CIREBON

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis data dan mendapatkan informasi mengenai pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pemdes Kedungbunder Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan, penyebaran angket, dan wawancara. Dalam pelaksanaan indikator–indikator kinerja pegawai yang mencapai persentase 76,28% dengan skor total 1251 berada pada interval cukup baik. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaan kualitas pelayanan di Desa Kedungbunder Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Cirebon mencapai 77,21% dengan skor total 1.583 dan pada interval cukup baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, diperoleh hasil bahwa pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pemdes Kedungbunder Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Cirebon sudah cukup baik namun perlu terus ditingkatkan. This study aims to describe, analyze data and obtain information about the effect of employee performance on service quality in Kedungbunder Village, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency. The research method used in the form of a survey with data collection techniques study of literature, questionnaires, and interviews. In the implementation of employee performance indicators that reached a percentage of 76.28% with a total score of 1251, the interval was quite good. Whereas in the implementation of service quality in Kedungbunder Village, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency reached 77.21% with a total score of 1,583 and at fairly good intervals. Based on the analysis and discussion, the results show that the influence of employee performance on the quality of service in Kedungbunder Village, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency is quite good but needs to be improved.
