The pseudomeningocele is a rare entity usually described in the literature as complication of lumbar surgery. We hereby report a case of a giant dorsolumbar pseudomeningocele arising after fracture-dislocation of the dorsolumbar spine. Keywords: Pseudomeningocele, spine, trauma, surgery.
