In the increasingly competitive environment, professional maintenance plays increasingly important role in the formation and implementation of business strategy. Media, expressed Management System Computerized Maintenance (CMMS) has helped improve efficiency and effectiveness in the maintenance of professional and technical equipment. CMMS contributed from navigation maintenance and troubleshooting passive to active status. Although only a part of resource planning system of the enterprise (ERP) but CMMS has an important contribution in the application of Strategic Maintenance Service Upgrade and thereby contribute to building competitive advantage business
