This study’s objective is to identify factors impacting the learning attitudes of the regular students at the University of Dalat. The managerial implications for the university’s managers are then suggested to promote students’ positive learning attitudes in enhancing higher education quality. Qualitative research based on internal and external theoretical foundations was done to explore seven factors influencing students’ learning attitudes. They are Lecturers, Teaching methods, Facilities system, Core course materials and the content of the subject, Actual practice, Learning motivation, and Living conditions. Quantitative research was done with 812 samples collected from the University of Dalat’s students (not including freshmen). The results indicate that all the seven factors have positive impacts on students’ learning attitude, in which factors such as “Learning motivation” and “Core course materials and the content of the subject” are the highest positive impacts. The results can be used as a useful reference for the University in developing plans and strategies to improve students’ positive learning attitudes.
