The concept of model and features of pedagogical modeling are considered. The constructed model of pedagogical excellence improving by teachers of natural sciences in the process of continuous professional self-perfection is substantiated. It presents its structure, the content of each block and the characteristic of the role in the process of pedagogical excellence improving by teachers of natural sciences.
