Nursing performance is the mainstay of providing quality treatment services that are satisfactory to the patient. Given the importance of the role played by nurses in health organizations, it is necessary to design a system that ensures monitoring and monitoring the quality of nursing performance, which gives indications about the type of service and its characteristics and their conformity with health professional requirements. Hence the importance of research, It is hoped that this system will contribute to improving the level of nursing services. The problem of research is that the absence of a framework for quality control system and its basic requirements and proceduresleads to poor performance of nurses. The existence of a system of quality control on nursing performance in all its procedures and requirements leads to increase the effectiveness of nursingservices and thus improve the level of health services, and a number of results and suggestions have been reached which we hope will be useful for the sample in question.
