In the national cultural and educational process of the 20-30's of the XX century a special place belongs to the well-known public-political figure, the founder of the Ukrainian sports and educational society Plast in Volodymyr-Volynsky county, a successful mentor and popular patriot of Ukraine, a great patriot of Ukraine .
