Proper maintenance of endoscopic equipment ensures its long service life, disruption of the transmission of infectious agents from one patient to another, and comfortable work of the staff. High-quality processing has a number of steps that must be followed, and many nuances that we consider in this article. An important component of the long service life of the equipment is the responsibility and competence of the personnel who monitor its processing and storage.
