In the work on the basis of logical-conceptual and linguistic analysis of a continuous sample of veterinary terms related to morphological and parasitological term systems, the specificity of the terminological apparatus of these Sciences is shown and the existing problems that reduce the terminological literacy of students and specialists in the field of veterinary medicine are revealed. At the same time, the historical mobility and variability of terminology is shown, the conclusion is made about the expediency of using the obtained data in the didactics of veterinary medicine in the preparation of future doctors.
