The article reveals the results of theoretical generalization and suggests proposals to strengthen the level of economic security of agricultural enterprises. It is proved that the determining condition for the effective functioning of the agricultural enterprise is to support its economic security. The authors note that the state creates and regulates the economic conditions of agricultural enterprises. The article presents the author's position on the need to develop a set of measures to strengthen the economic security of agricultural enterprises at the macro and micro levels, timely detection and identification of threats, and the development of measures to address them.
