The article develops a model for adapting the synthesis of solutions in an organizational system based on the use of a functionally redundant set of actions. Presents the development of new adapted algorithms and models to the conditions of decision-making in the presence of external requirements. The optimization problem of choosing a solution synthesis option is considered, which is solved through the implementation of three stages - synthesis, evaluation and selection. The proposed method for analyzing management decisions in organizational systems allows one to take into account the variability of input factors, which makes it possible to more reliably find the optimal management solution. For the analysis of management organizational systems, a methodology has been developed for calculating the sensitivity of indicators of management decisions to changes in various output parameters of the system. A comparative analysis of the options indicators of management decisions of the organizational system is recommended through sensitivity analysis.
