This article is aimed to overview and analyze the results of a research, conducted among the cadets of military higher education institutions in Russia. Behavioral deviations and violations of discipline, detected among cadets, have been analyzed. As a result, there is a variety of propositions according to how such deviations should be treated and prevented.
