To date, the public procurement market is at the stage of transformation aimed at continuing the electronicization of economic relations within the framework of Federal Laws No. 44-ФЗ and No. 223-ФЗ. Institutional changes that have occurred since July 1, 2018, and are planned from January 1, 2019, provide for a significant transformation of procurement processes based on a single electronic digital base. The current trend in the development of electronization makes it necessary to study the institutional environment of the public procurement market.
