A product of organism metabolic activities is toxic when introduced into the tissues, and known as toxin. There is no doubt that diapers and sanitary pads are much more convenient for human being, but people are not conscious about the negative effects of diapers and pads because they remain in contact with their reproductive organs for few hours or for few days, depend upon the situation. This study proves that these products have lethal disease promoter components like super absorbents, leak proof absorbents and some fragrances to enhance the quality of the product. This review gives a comprehensive information about the health issues, cause by careless use of diapers and pads, like (RTI), (UTI), infertility, testicular cancer, chronic rash. Environmental issues include improper disposal and handling, non-decomposable nature, releasing dangerous chemical like phthalates. Reusable cloth pads are best option as they have no harmful chemical or plastic materials.  Pads that are prepared from bamboo fiber, banana fiber, water hyacinth, and sea sponges should be cheered as they are biodegradable.
