At the turn of 1922 and 1923 there were two incidents of honour that involved Colonel Józef Olszyna-Wilczyński. First, he committed an insult against police officers in Cracow, and later – while already on duty in the capital – he got into a dispute over a council flat with another officer of the Polish Army. This article, based on unpublished archival materials, presents both these cases, which became the subject of proceedings before the officers’ court of honour.
