Relational Abstract Thinking Ability of Prospective Mathematics Teacher Solved Non-Routine Problems on Non-Euclid Geometry Topic AbstractFor prospective mathematics teachers, abstract relational thinking skills are necessary to support their competencies as future professional teachers, so that they can be tested by giving non-Euclid geometry non-routine questions. This study aims to determine and detect the ability of relational thinking abstract of prospective mathematics teachers in solving non-routine questions. Qualitative methods are used in this study. The subjects were three final-level students at the Swadaya Gunung Jati University Teacher Training (UGJ) who were selected based on the results of high academic ability scores. The technique for analyzing a data is done by reducing the data first, then the data is presented, then a conclusion is drawn, and the final step is to verify the results of the research. This research can find out that the subject has fulfilled the ability of abstract relational thinking with cognitive functions. So, in general, it can be concluded that abstract relational thinking skills for prospective mathematics teachers of the mathematics education program at Swadaya Gunung Jati University have some that have and are detected according to existing cognitive functions.
