(Summary) This research article a discussion with the title of (Answering the status-quo doubts and criticisms regarding Ramazan fasting and its obligation duty). It talks about all of those doubts and criticisms which directs against one the five basic corners of Islam religion which is fasting of Ramazan. Nowadays there many people which talks about Ramazan fasting and and criticises it by saying that this kind of fasting is not obligated and the muslims are totally free for performing it or not, If he doesn’t want to fast, he has to pay (fidyah - which is a kind of bonus or paying money to poor people). We discussed this topic in a scientific way and we judged the subject by using the arguments from Quran and Sunnah and using rational reasonings. Also we gave some the speeches of scholars and the translators of Quran.
