Research in conflict discourse specifics shows that one of the vital issues is the role of prosody in conflict communication. Since we regard prosody as a contextualization key, we find it relevant to focus on prosodic markers of open and hidden conflict. This article deals with the results of conflict political discourse acoustic analysis. The research corpus comprises samples of debates in the British Parliament viewed as conflict discourse. At computer-based stage of research we used Speech Analyzer application v. 3.0.1.
