Research subject. The article considers the issue of creating intelligent applications within the framework of CRM control systems. Method. Implementation of a generalized application model based on mathematical functional analysis. Core results. The model and an interaction scheme of elements of an intelligent application are proposed. Recommendations on structuring the application are made. Implemented the application as part of a demonstration project. Practical relevance. The considered problem and approaches to its implementation should contribute to the development of new services in data transmission networks.
