Abstrak
Siswa di sekolah bermacam masalah baik pribadi, social, belajar maupun karir. Masalah sering ditemui, seperti terlambat masuk sekolah, kurang konsentrasi belajar, persekusi. Masalah dihadapi siswa perlu pelayanan agar siswa dapat mengembangkan pribadi, sosial, belajar dan karirnya serta siswa terhindar dari prilaku persekusi. Guru bimbingan dan konseling perlu memberikan layanan kepada siswa yang terhambat dalam memecahkan masalah dengan suatu shup skill strategi menganalisis masalah siswa dengan pendekatan psiko-edukasi, sehingga siswa mendapatkan pencerahan mengatasi masalahnya. Pengabdian bertujuan meningkatkan shup skill guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam melakukan analisis masalah siswa dengan pendekatan psiko-edukasi. Khalayak sasaran adalah guru-guru bimbingan dan konseling (masyrakat pendidik) di SMK se kabupaten Banjar. Metode kegiatan dalam bentuk loka karya dan work shup tentang strategi menganalisis masalah siswa dengan psiko-edukasi.

Abstract
Students at school have a variety of personal, social, learning and career problems. Problems often encountered, such as being late for school, lack of concentration in study, persecution. Problems faced by students need services so that students can develop their personal, social, learning and career and students avoid persecution behavior. Guidance and counseling teachers need to provide services to students who are hampered in solving problems with a shup skill strategy to analyze students' problems with a psycho-educational approach, so that students get enlightenment to overcome the problem. Dedication aims to improve the teacher's guidance skills and counseling in analyzing students' problems with a psycho-educational approach. The target audience is the guidance and counseling teachers (community educators) in vocational schools in the district of Banjar. Methods of activities in the form of workshops and work shups on strategies for analyzing students' problems with psycho-education.
