This research aims to examine the influence fundamental factors (ROE, DER, and Current Ratio) to performance of LQ 45 companies ( the companies performance are indicated by Price Book Value). The research period was from 2010 to 2013. Through purposive sampling methode, the research found 15 companies as sampling companies. Hipotesis examination was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. The result of the reasearch reveals that ROE, DER and CR influence LQ 45 companies performance simultanoesly while parsial examination shows ROE has influence LQ 45 companies performance positively, DER negatively influence the performance and finally, CR has no significant influence LQ 45 companies performance
