Последние два десятилетия ознаменовались попытками введения западных стандартов ювенальной юстиции в российское законодательство, которые вызывают опасения в обществе. Русская Православная Церковь не осталась в стороне и выразила своё мнение по этому вопросу. The last two decades have been marked by attempts to introduce Western standards of juvenile justice in Russian legislation, which raise concerns in society. The Russian Orthodox Church did not stand aside and expressed her opinion on this issue.
