В сердце Русского православия на территории Свято-Троицкой Сергиевой лавры в историческом здании Царские чертоги находится знаменитый Музей Московской духовной академии «Церковно-археологический кабинет», где в 1814 г. и расположилась Московская духовная академия. 12 сентября 1880 г. указом Святейшего Правительствующего Синода было разрешено «учреждение Церковно-археологического Музея при Московской Академии». In the heart of Russian Orthodoxy, on the territory of the Holy Trinity Sergius Lavra in the historic building of the Tsar's Halls, there is the famous Museum of the Moscow Theological Academy "Church and Archaeological Study", where the Moscow Theological Academy was located in 1814. On September 12, 1880, the decree of the Holy Governing Synod authorized the "establishment of the Church-Archaeological Museum at the Moscow Academy".
