Restoration of the wall painting of The Holy Trinity Cathedral of Holy Trinity-St. Sergius Lavra in 1949-1952

В статье рассмотрены и проанализированы особенности первой из научных реставраций стенописи Троицкого собора, а именно произведённой в 1949-1952 гг. Хотя реставрация росписи собора производилась не единожды, необходимо указать на недостаточную изученность и её программы, невзирая на художественную ценность и содержание. В связи с этим появилась необходимость прояснить, что конкретно и в какое время было сделано. Для изучения этой проблематики в статье использованы материалы из реставрационных отчётов и дневников. The article was reviewed and analyzed the features of the first scientific restoration of murals of the Trinity Cathedral, namely, produced in the 1950s, Although the restoration of the murals was made not once, but need to indicate insufficient knowledge and its programs, regardless of the artistic value and content. In this regard, there was a need to clarify what exactly was done and at what time. Materials from restoration reports and diaries were used to study this problem in the article.
