The relevance of this study is due to the fact that a successful motivation of employees brings together a team around the implementation of a specific task, so the questions right motivation worker in general is a priority, a decision which will lead to the successful implementation of the tasks that will increase the company’s competitiveness. The article describes the basic premises that led to the strengthening of the role of motivational control company to achieve success in business, that depends on the professionalism of staff.
