Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menghapal surat pendek siswa pada mata pelajaran Al Qur’an Hadist melalui penerapan metode SAVI ( Somatis, Auditori, Visual dan Intelektual). Permasalahan yang dibahas adalah bagaimana penerapan metode SAVI dan meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal surat pendek siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Urutan kegiatan penelitian adalah mencakup (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) Observasi dan (4) refleksi. Dalam pengumpulan data,penulis menggunakan tehnik observasi,dokumentasi,pengukur alat tes dan angket. Analisis hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode SAVI pada pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menghapal surah pendek siswa. Dalam penilaian hafalan siswa peneliti menggunakan 3 kriteria penilaian yaitu : (1) kefasihan, (2) hafalan terjemahan (3) kelancaran gerakan. Hal itu berdasarkan skor hasil nilai hafalan siswa dalam ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I memperoleh 84 % dan persentase skor yang diperoleh dari hasil nilai hafalan siswa pada siklus II memperoleh 96 %. Abstract: This research aims to improve students' ability to memorize short letters in the subjects of the Qur'an Hadith through the application of SAVI methods (Somatis, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual). The issues discussed are how to implement the SAVI method and improve students' short letter memorization skills. This type of research is class action research (PTK). The sequence of research activities includes (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) Observation and (4) reflection. In the data collection, the author uses observation techniques, documentation, test equipment gauges and questionnaires. Analysis of the results showed that the application of SAVI method in the study of the Qur'an Hadith can improve the ability to memorize short surahs of students. In the assessment of memorization of research students using 3 assessment criteria, namely: (1) fluency, (2) memorization of translation (3) smooth movement. It is based on the score of students' memorization in the completion of learning in the first cycle obtained 84% and the percentage of scores obtained from the results of student memorization in the second cycle obtained 96%.
