Superior mesenteric artery first pancreaticoduodenectomy is being increasingly used for pancreatic head and peri-ampullary tumors. The aim of our study was to determine the frequency of various approaches of superior mesenteric artery pancreaticoduodenectomy along with its postoperative complications in a tertiary care center.
