The National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine up to 2021 has been updated as the most significant goals for the next decade in order to increase the availability of high quality, competitive education for the citizens of our country in accordance with the requirements of innovative sustainable development of the society, economy, ensuring the personal development of people according to their individual desires, abilities, and needs on the basis of life-long learning. All the above requires, first of all, the provision of the national education system by highly skilled personnel, trained in accordance with the most progressive national and world trends. It is precisely professionalism that is viewed as the main causal condition for the successful functioning of the medical industry at all its levels. The issues on structuring the content of the educational material that ensures the effectiveness of its didactic presentation and, as a consequence, increases the level of learning effectiveness, are considered by didactics at all educational levels and have a long history. Modern approaches to their solution, related primarily to the specifics of the current period, identified by professionals as an information approach due to the huge streams of affordable personal information and the ever-increasing opportunities for its transfer, are presented in numerous reports. However, the analysis of the practice of educational activities in the educational sector, scientific research in the field of medical training and professional activities point out the existence of a number of interrelated contradictions that complicate the development and further improvement of the professional competence of medical specialists. Relevance of the outlined problem, its inadequate exploring, and necessity to identify and address shortcomings have led to the choice of the theme of the research "Scientific approaches to the structuring of the content of educational material of medical disciplines."
