The article considers the issues related with the industrial safety in the process of oil wells operation in the zone of permafrost rocks by removing the gas hydrate and asphaltene-resinousparaffin sediments. Taking into consideration the available experience of such sediments removal some optimal methods of oil wells repair are suggested which prevent the occurrence of gas showings and open oil gushers and fires.
