The didactic, psychological and neurophysiological specifics of students’ acquisition of skills of simple and complex calculations are studied. A methodical system of computational skills formation is designed, the theoretical basis of which is the theory of activity, neurophysiological features of neural and functional development of brain of junior schoolchildren, neurophysiological bases of computational activities and method of regenerative learning of O. Luria in case of deviations from normal process of learning computing skills by pupils of 1st–4th forms.
