According to the Constitutional Tribunal judgment, a number of regulations regarding the search of a person and personal control were found to beunconstitutional. The execution of the judgment has become an opportunityto introduce other changes in the Police Act, which transformed personalcontrol into a non-trial search of a person and it violates constitutional rightsand human freedom.
