Adolescence is a period of development of children both sexually and will end until the child is legally mature. These changes will be followed by puberty and will have good and bad effects according to the education and the environment they live. At this time a lot of adolescents are involved in acts of delinquency that lead to acts of crime. Juvenile crime referred to in this study is a criminal offense committed by adolescents with the majority of irregularities occurring in adolescents under the age of 21 years. Factors taken in this study are family, relationships, school environment and the internet. If these aspects do not work out of balance it will trigger a high level of crime in adolescents. So the need for government participation in suppressing high crime rates. Problem solving using the Mamdani method is to determine the input variables and output variables which are a firm set, the second step is to change the input variables into a fuzzy set with the fuzzification process, then the third step is processing fuzzy set data with a minimum method. And the last or fourth step is to change the output into a firm set with the defuzzification process with the centroid method, so that the desired results will be obtained on the output variable. This method uses constants or mathematical functions of the input variables in the defuzzification process using a centralized average method.
