This research is a classroom action research which aims to improve science process skills through the use of manipulative media in grade V SDI Ende 14. The subjects of the study were 28 students of class V SDI Ende 14. The procedure in this study consisted of four stages which were carried out cyclically, namely the planning stage, the action stage, the observation stage and the reflection stage. The data were collected by means of observation, questionnaires and field notes. The data are analyzed interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that after applying manipulative media, there was an increase in science process skills in grade V SDI Ende 14 which consisted of observing, classifying, measuring, communicating, predicting and inferring skills. The average increase in the six science process skills each cycle consists of cycle I of 31.57% (poor category), increasing to 61.04% (sufficient category) in cycle II and in cycle III increasing by 77.6% (category well).
