The article highlights the importance of the phonetic level of linguistics to identify the stylistic features of the text, both at the level of sound means of artistic expression, and in the phono-pronouncing prosodic manner. The phonetic aspect of the style of discourse serves as a means of social communication, in connection with which it emphasizes the convergence of all language levels in the organization of stylistic coherence of the text, attention is paid to the importance of preserving the author's phonostyle in the practice of translation. The paper reveals the manifestation of phonostylistics in such a super-segmental stylistic plan as the prosody of the text.
