The entertainment industry continues its rapid development today, forming new independent directions within itself. In addition to the media resources and Internet resources, the film industry and the music industry, which have already strengthened their positions, professional sports, namely sports clubs and major competitions, are attracting more and more attention. At the junction of sports and entertainment, cybersport is gaining momentum, which is an actively developing sports discipline and which requires legal regulation, both at the regional and national levels. This direction accompanied by a kind of legal and economic threats that require special attention.
