The main factor for the effective activity of a person is his motivation, which is formed in the course of socialization, where his value orientations are manifested. For example, M.A. Eremeev in his writings indicates that the motive is the reason that prompts a person to action [17, p. 259]. Accordingly, motivation is the process of realizing motives.
