Authors consider means of work, as «productive force of a societ » and cost as the intermediary between various kinds of work without what it is impossible to understand "labour productivity", and show dialectics of their development which results in change, both a way of manufacture of products, and to change of relations of production that is reflected in structure of the public capital and an end-product of a society.
